APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:

We schedule in advance and by appointment only.Notice of a cancellation at least 24hrs in advance is required and appreciated. Hoy Ploy reserves the right to refuse service to a client that cancels last minute, repeatedly cancels, or does not show up at scheduled time. Please read the salon deposit, cancellation, and refund policies below, and feel free to contact us should you have any questions.In the case of a “no-show” or cancellation outside of 24 hr period, or an appointment is moved for greater than 7 days and/or multiple times, the deposit is then considered forfeited and non-refundable.

DEPOSITS :

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule.This deposit will be applied to your service ONLY if you arrive as scheduled and after your service. We understand that life happens and are willing to reschedule and with 24HR notice are willing to move your deposit ONCE for up to 7 days, thereafter an additional 50% deposit is required to reschedule. In the case of a “no-show” or cancellation outside of 24 hr period, or an appointment is moved for greater than 7 days and/or multiple times, the deposit is then considered forfeited and non-refundable. Deposits and fees for ALL services at HOY PLOY are non-refundable and you accept these terms when booking your appointment.

REFUNDS/CHANGES TO LASH SETS:

All HOY PLOY services are NON-REFUNDABLE. We strive to provide the highest standard and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will make changes (add lashes, remove some lashes) to lash sets within 2 days, at no additional cost EXCEPT when a new set is required due to the lash set having been washed too soon, oiled, stuck with strip glue/magnetic lashes, stuck with makeup, not cleaned, pulled out, or cut, covered in mascara and even burnt! In this case, we charge for a new set

AFTER CARE / DAMAGED LASHES

We emphasize aftercare to ensure that your natural lashes are cared for and your new lash extensions look gorgeous. If your lashes are damaged by lack of aftercare or in any way due to having been pulled out, picked off, covered in makeup . not cleaned, stuck with strip lash glue/magnetic lashes, covered in oil, covered in mascara or burnt, we reserve the right to refuse service.

We will not provide lash services to clients who are not committed to caring for lash extensions by following aftercare instructions-And YES, we have seen all those and know when this has been done.

TERMS OF SERVICE/DEPOSIT PAYMENT:

Hoy Ploy requires the non-refundable deposit to be paid via Venmo or Credit Card in order to secure appointments. Once payment is received we will send you confirmation of your appointment date and time. By making a deposit payment you are accepting the terms and conditions of all salon policies. A payment made over the phone is considered that you authorize Hoy P’loy to charge your credit card and accept and agree to all the salon policies. Hoy Ploy reserves the right to deny service to clients who frequently cancel, change or ignore scheduled appointments.Hoy Ploy reserves the right to refuse service to a cliemt who is not committed to aftercare instructions Hoy Ploy requires a deposit to secure an appointment.Once the deposit is paid we consider that the terms of payment,and salon policies are accepted. Due to the nature of the services we provide we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
