A 50% DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT.NO CANCELLATION WITHIN 12 BUSINESS HOURS OR NO-SHOWS DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE. LASH SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. WE WILL FIX ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER SERVICE. 

Lash application takes anywhere from 1 hour ½ to 3 hours depending on the type of lash application you select. Please ensure that you arrive 5-10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.Please ensure that you come to your appointment with NO makeup, NO sunscreen or moisturizer.Please  DO NOT perm, tint or curl your lashes prior to your appointment.Eyelash extensions can last anywhere from 2-4 weeks for your first set depending on how well you care for themand your natural lash cycle. For more regular clients they can last 4-8 weeks once being properly cared for.

  • Remember clean lashes are happy lashes and vital to the health of your eyes

 APPOINTMENTS,CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY :

We understand things happen and we will do our very best to accommodate you,if you are up to 15 mins late, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened to ensure we are on schedule for our next client.  If you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our technicians can provide you with the best quality of work and a cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file.

 Cancellation Policy:

For the courtesy of our technicians and the clients on the waiting list, we require a 6 business hour (by 9 pm the night before) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee of 50% of the FULL service will be charged to the client who do not notify us of a cancellation within the specified time limit.
A “no-show” will be charged the FULL SERVICE PRICE and payment in advance maybe required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 6 hrs advanced notice. All appointments require a credit card in order to secure an appointment.

Retail Products:
All retail products are final sale. Should your product be defected or damaged at the time of the purchase you may return it for store credit and/or direct exchange within 14 days with the original service.

Children & Cell Policy:
We love children, however we kindly request that you leave children at home if possible while you are receiving a service. This is to ensure that you get the highest quality service and that our other guests and technicians aren’t interrupted. It is against health and safety regulations to have children in the spa unsupervised. We thank you for consideration, co-operation and understanding.

Payment:
Hoy Ploy requires a credit card in order to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize Hoy P’loy to charge your credit card on file per our cancellation policy. The full service amount will be held and valid id is required at the time of the appointment.
